At Veexia, we want you to feel confident in your beauty routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new or gently used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Veexia account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and protective seals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
